There has been a lot of speculation on the interwebs and Twitter about whether or not Justin Bieber has or will have sex with Jasmine Villegas. I can neither confirm no deny this speculation. I don't believe it to be true at all. He may not wear a promise right like the Jonas Brothers, but I believe JB to be abstinent.
