Justin Bieber may be wanted for questioning by police and could be facing possible assault charges after an alleged altercation with a pushy paparazzi Sunday, May 27th.

According to Gossip Center, Justin and girlfriend Selena Gomez were catching a movie in Calabasas, CA and when they exited the theater a group of paparazzi was waiting for them. One of the paps got "too close" to Jelena and a fight ensued. Justin and Selena then quickly left the scene.

The photographer is claiming that Justin hit him and a police report was filed. One onlooker claim that the "Los Angeles County paramedics arrived at the Calabasas Commons with the Fire Department and Police arriving moments later following Justin's altercation with a paparazzo. Justin's bodyguard [also] arrived while the photographer received medical attention for an apparent strike to the face."

No word yet from Justin's representatives or Justin himself, but you can clearly see from the photos that something did happen. Justin lost his shoe and hat in the scuffle and he is visibly upset as Selena tries to sooth him.
