When Justin Bieber was in Florida recently, he made meeting a special fan top priority. You may remember Jasmin Alvarez as the blind singer/songwriter who made it her mission to meet Justin Bieber. Well, Justin made her dream come true when he visited Walt Disney World to perform in the Disney Christmas Parade! After their meeting, Jasmin tweeted the following pictures of herself and Justin with the caption:
