Justin Bieber was spotted wearing one red and one blue shoe in West Palm Beach, Florida this weekend (April 13, 2012). Justin is reportedly in Palm Beach for a friend's wedding rehearsal and ceremony, and he looked calm and casual in his dark tee and shorts.

Justin was attending the wedding rehearsal for friend Allison Kaye sans Selena Gomez. The couple were spotted at a local hotel so we wonder if Selena attending the wedding with Justin?
