Justin Bieber loves his fans and isn't afraid to show it! Justin made a special personal appearance at St. Andrew's School in Boca Raton, Florida, yesterday (April 13th, 2012). St. Andrew's raised $51,000 for Pencils of Promise, one of Justin's favorite charities, and to say thank you Justin took time out of his schedule to visit.
